i like the idea of corresponding the olympic rings innto the stars but to keep consistency they should have them all in a single row until completely necessary</description>

I wonder if the city would permanently add a star, but maybe they would temporarily put one in, and alter the arrangment to a three-on-top, two-on-bottom layout that would allude to the Olympic flag. What do you think?
